We always wanted a sunroom but knew that a previous addition to the house (to which the new sunroom would be attached) needed some renovation, too. Seaton Sunrooms really did two projects for us: they renovated the old and created the new. We now have two brand new beautiful rooms at our home which complement each other and the main house as well.
Seaton Sunrooms drew up both the plans for the renovation and the new sunroom. Upon hearing Vern’s suggestions, we had a few little extras done along the way, like the construction of a new closet and a roof overhang for the BBQ. It never occurred to us to even consider taking our project in these directions but the ideas made sense and the additional cost was reasonable. Actually, the cost for the entire project, given the amount of work which had to be done, was extremely competitive and was completed within estimate.
During the entire project, we frequently commented to ourselves about the kind of folks Vern has working for him and with him. Not once did we run across an employee, contractor, or tradesperson who wasn’t top notch. Quite simply, Vern surrounds himself with good people who pull together to get the job done and this was reflected in the quality of their workmanship. Finally, we need to give kudos to Vern. He was always available to entertain our inquiries (which were many!) and if he didn’t have the information at his fingertips, we never had to wait very long for a return call. Truth be known, we simply got accustomed to Vern’s (almost) daily morning updates! If Vern was not available, Linda was and she made sure our messages were passed on to Vern without delay. Troubleshooter extraordinaire and always cool under pressure! What more could you ask for?!
