About Us
Seaton Sunrooms was established back in 1978 and started out in Leamington, Ontario. We soon grew out of our location there and built a factory on Rhodes Dr., in Windsor. We are the only factory in our area that manufactures and installs Sunport Sunrooms.
Living in Windsor-Essex, has its advantages. One of them is the warm, balmy summer we enjoy that the rest of Canada envies.
But we're also at the mercy of tempermental, unpredictable weather, and the warm season, most will agree, is far too short. Before we know it, the blossoms of spring and green leaves of summer will have fallen to make way for the chill of winter.
So many Windsorites and area trun to a relatively inexpensive additon - the sunroom - to enjoy the outdoors year-round. These bright glass rooms bring the sunshine indoors, allowing a spectacular amount of light into an existing home.
We manufacture custom-made sunrooms, in three different types, a three season sunroom which is the most popular and can really be used year round with the exception of the really cold days of winter. We offer an H-Vac unit that instsalls neatly in the bottom of one of the panels and it offers heat or cooling as needed. The second type is an extended season Sunroom and it is used all year long. The third type is the fully insulated SIP Room which adds an R 32 value to your home.
